Rhodes looks shabby in his old hat and clothes four decades out of date. But his glint with knowledge not meant for mortals and he moves with a vitality most teenagers lack.
Bio:
Rhodes lurks at the edge of supernatural societies, trading what he can for a bit more: a magical gift, some luck, or another year of life. Who knows how long he has been doing this.
He can often can be found hanging out at Black Iron Coffee. He was plugging a strange device in there for The Eye for a few weeks.
